Profeesor Dag Tvilde

After finishing education at ETH Zurich (1979) Dag Tvilde established an architecture office in Oslo, working with urban projects and real estate development. In 1990 he became head of Department of urban planning in a large consultancy company. Since1998 he has been teaching and working as a private consulting related to long term strategies for urban development. His is currently doing research on the territorial transformation of large city regions of Norway.  Important assignments; Master plan for the Lillehammer Olympic Games,  Environmental impact assessments of new infrastructure in the Oslo Fjord Region, Coordinator of the Norwegian Planning Project in Palestine.
