Dr Hassan Radoine is a graduate Architect-Planner from the Ecole Nationale d ’Ar chi t ectur e  in Rabat in 1993 and fully licensed Architect since 1998. He holds a Ph.D. in Architecture and City Planning, University of Pennsylvania, as a US Fulbright scholar (2001-2006).  He held several senior positions and he has been one key senior architect-planner of the team that launched the preservation strategy for the medina Fez (1992-2001). He organized several international conferences such as the UNESCO Fourth Forum of Universities and Heritage Network at Al Akhawayn University (Morocco) and IFIAD (International Forum on Islamic Architecture and Design) at the University of Sharjah (UAE).
