Patricia Brown is an urban affairs professional, expert in understanding the dynamics of cities, enabling partnerships and projects to make cities better places.

Formerly Chief Executive of Central London Partnership, the public private partnership for the centre of London, where she was at the forefront of the drive to improve London’s public realm, including the pedestrianisation of Trafalgar Square. She initiated the development of London’s first Business Improvement Districts, as a tool for managing and resourcing the renewal of its commercial districts.

She is now Director of Central, advising clients both in the UK and overseas on built environment matters.
